We are able to cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. All personalized and made to order items are not eligible for cancellation.

Items that have been engraved cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item(s) are damaged upon receipt or the wrong item was received. To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at support@leebein.com with your order number. If your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with the shipping address, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product, we will send the refund of your order to your original payment method or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-7 business days.
